Celebrating Seniors Parade

Community Transportation Day will be celebrated throughout the State of Mississippi on June 20, 2024. In recognition of the day, DJ Transit will be hosting a "Let's Celebrate Our Seniors" parade on West Drive, featuring balloons, horns, motorcycles, antique cars, and bubbles all designed to provide a fun diversion for the seniors who live in the nursing facilities on West Drive. The event is being coordinated by DJ Transit, Inc. Community Transportation as part of the Mississippi Department of Transportation State Campaign.
